Happy Thanksgiving!

Since it was Thanksgiving week- a short week for school by the way- I had to wear all of my outfits. Here is one Mommy designed and Mimi stitched. I am saying goodbye to the pumpkins- it is time to put them up.Then of course my turkey shirt with a turkey bow. Anytime it fell out I liked to stomp it- those crazy eyes really got me.And finally my turkey dress from last year- only this year it is a top with leggings. Great how that works out!For the actual day itself I wore my flower hat- part of the day anyway. For the concert I switched to my bow. Here me and Mya are singing and playing a tune. She was teaching me a couple of notes.
Black Friday and I didn't go shopping this year, I stayed home with Daddy while Mommy and Mimi went out for a little bit. I spent most of my time at Granny's either here....
At the piano- you can see I have now mastered getting up on the bench myself.
My other favorite place was the stairs. As soon as I went up- I had to come down. I don't know why Mimi and Mommy were so tired of doing the stairs, I thought they were a blast!

I even snacked on the stairs. My other favorite thing at Granny's this year was the chocolate chip cookies, can you say obsessed! Forget turkey, mashed potatoes or dressing, give me a cookie.

Later that evening- Granny found a small piano for me to play with- here she showing me how to push the buttons. Before we went to lunch we had to swing by and take a picture where we did last year- you can see Daddy is in this picture and I am not looking...oh well.

Game Day on Saturday....that is all I am going to say about that! I still love my CATS.

And of course- Sunday- time to wear my Christmas dresses- here is the first. Oh yeah, that is a new wreath on the door. Mommy tried her hand at wreath making...hope it stays together until New Years.

I survived!!

Even though it is cold and dark outside, I still like to go out when we get home. Sometimes we go out for a short time while Sydney is out. You can see I am in my wild outfit!!OH Sydney is barking...She sure is loud. I found this bottle in my closet and have been using it to feed my babies. I also like to check their diapers...sometimes they have stinky ones.
Here we are getting ready to go into the hospital for my tubes. I had to wear an outfit instead of pajamas...you knew that!

Don't worry I do have a bow on under this hat.I looked through my Elmo book while I was waiting. My favorite thing to find is the snake! They gave us a beeper like when we go eat on Sunday afternoon.
Finally we got to go back and I had to change into my hospital gown. It had Ronald McDonald and friends, interestingly Daddy knew the names of the friends and Mommy didn't.

It is all over! Here I am recovering! Yes I have a bow on- you will be happy to know I wore up until I had the procedure and right after too. I was the only one in Pediatric Waiting with a bow. I have to be stylish!!

I was pretty much better by Sunday, so here I am in my Sunday best! There is always something going on across the street and usually I have to talk about it.
During nursery I had some puzzle pieces and I held them the whole time in the nursery and I also insisted on bringing them home with me. You can see I fell asleep in the car but I still have the pieces. I really didn't want anyone else to get them.
We had a baby shower to go to Sunday afternoon, and since I didn't wear this for my pictures...that is a whole other story...I wore this. Here I am making a duck face.

The following are my dancing feet.

Tubes it is!

Since it is getting closer to Thanksgiving, it is time to break out the seasonal wear. I must get these outfits in twice before the big day!! You know b/c after T-day I will have to wear Christmas! Here is my Turkey shirt- complete with bow, because you know I can't be wearing a naked head turkey around! I also went to see a new Dr this week, an Ear doctor. And you know Mommy had to bring her camera- the lighting in these office is not quite as good as my regular doctor's office. But, there was a lot to see in this room, lots of buttons to push, stools to turn and chair arms to lift, it is definitely not a child proof office.

As with all Doctors the wait it extensive, I was so tired I had to lay down to try and get a quick nap...can you believe Mommy let me do this...guess she was tired too. I will be having tubes put in on Thursday, Mommy says they will make me fill better. I will be having it done at the hospital, wonder if they will let me wear my own jammies..I hear the hospital gowns are not very becoming!!

On Saturday, Daddy did a little mulching- I was going to help but that required getting my hands dirty...not really about that too much!

Here we are doing a "Green Acres" pose.Sunday morning before church- notice my backdrop has changed.

I know this paci doesn't go, but it is really my favorite! Here I am with Daddy before church.
And with Mommy after church!

Just a bunch of nothing!

After all the excitement of Halloween last week, this week seemed pretty boring. I did make a visit to the doctor this week, Mommy forgot her camera, but this is what I wore. I went for an ear check- after 3 rounds of medicine I am still not clear so, I have an appt with an ENT next week. Hum...what to wear...Mommy and I did a little shoe shopping on Saturday and since the CATS were playing I had to show them some love!! It was so warm too- felt like Spring.Sunday I wore my new romper- Mommy and Mimi made it together. I think Mommy did the top and Mimi did the bottom. And of course I have a bow to match. After church we went to Metropolis for some Holiday Open Houses, I fell asleep so Poppy stayed in the car with me, that church and lunch really wears me out. Here is the back view- it is just as cute as the front. Wonder if there will be a time when I don't have a big bow on my head and my bottom??Sunday afternoon was so pretty we went and played in the yard- the grass was ok but I didn't like it on my hands! We sure did work up an appetite outside, wonder what we will have for dinner.Bath time!! I have been really into making lots of sounds and talking. So far I can plainly say:
"No", "Mon" (that is short for Come On) and "More"
I also can make animal sounds- I can do:
a Dog, a Fish, a Owl, a Cow and of course a Wildcat! I am working on a Snake.
I am also really loving books too- I do have my favorite, right now it is "If you give a Pig a Party"- I usually hear that one about 5 times a day. Daddy blames Mommy for that because I was a pig for Halloween.
Below is my mean face.

Trick or Treat

This week was full of Halloween attire, except for one day- firetruck day. The last firetruck day got cancelled due to rain- so it was rescheduled - I had a new dalmatian outfit to wear.I also have discovered my babies this week. I have been loving on them and wrapping them up in blankets. Mommy is so excited she was worried I might not love them as much as she did growing up.
The fall festival at church was Wednesday night so I got my piggy outfit on and off we went. Here I am with Alex.

I've escaped...
...from the party long enough to go upstairs to get some toys.

Poppy was waiting for me when we got there- he had to help the little piggy downstairs.
I've been doing a lot of rearranging this week, moving the pumpkins from one side to another.

These little ones sure are heavy.
Friday I needed something extra special for school. Mimi made me this tutu, she said it was real easy so you will probably be seeing more...I lasted most of the day in the tutu, then of course I had to put it on when we got home.
Getting ready to go trick or treating- Daddy had to work so I went with Mommy, Mimi and Poppy. This pig costume is real tight in the car seat, we started out in Mimi and Poppy's neighborhood.

This was my first house, I was real excited about knocking on the door and peeping in -but when the people came to the door I backed up and wasn't quite sure what to do- then they gave me candy. I think I have the hang of this now...on to the next house. This really wasn't Mommy's planned Halloween pail for me but I saw "Mo" at Walmart and had to have him.I walked the whole way around the circle...this little piggy was tired.Hum...let's check out what is in the bucket. These taste pretty good, even with the paper still on.

Back home to my neighborhood. First stop the Brown's house, they have two dogs and quite frankly that was my favorite. I got to pet the small one- I loved him!

Leaving the next house, I got fruit snacks and marshmallows there, hope their house doesn't get egged!!Just one more...I promise...Well, it is Sunday we have put away the jack'o lantern outfits and now it is time to start wearing my fall stuff. The below dress was a present Mommy got me in Lexington earlier this month.

I really need to move this pumpkin before we go.Here I am in the picture chair with my fish sweater.
Let's see the next season will be Thanksgiving...I think I heard Mommy working on some turkey outfits....

Here I am rearranging the pumpkins, it is hard work...Hopefully you can hear the sound.
