I am Five!!!

My birthday was this week and I turned 5!!  WOW!  I had my party on Monday night at Ya Ya Island.  The theme was rainbows and unicorns.  Just like every girl my age I am in love with all things colorful!  Ms Lora, my preschool teacher did my cake, not only was it pretty is tasted awesom!

 When we got there I helped to put out the napkins.

 Then I had to pose for a picture.  I needed a cute rainbow outfit for my party.  I think this one Mommy made will work.

 I had a total of 15 kids including siblings.  It was great, all my buddies showed up.

 And the pizza was yummy too!

 They sang Happy Birthday to me and I was a little embarrassed.

 I played with my hair.

 I really don't like to be the center of attention.  I did get my candle blown out though.

 Then present time.  It was kind of crazy opening all those gifts and I had a lot of help too!

 This was the party favors for the boys, for the girls they got appliqued tank tops.  Mommy has a picture somewhere...

The Graduate!

Last weekend we went to a dinosaur thing at the Expo Center- I need to make sure and wear a dinosaur dress...of course!

 On Thursday I graduated from preschool!  I can't believe I will be going to kindergarten in August!

 We walked in with our graduation caps on- I played with the tassle the whole way in!

 I also ended up having to go to the potty during the ceremony!

 We sang a couple of songs

 And showed a little bit of what we learned.

 Oh and what do you think about the giant bow!  Mommy found that in Lexington!

 We each got our name called to walk up front to get our diploma.

 Sunday was Mother's Day and I wanted to wear my special dress!

 Mommy spent all afternoon making stuff for my birthday party tomorrow!  It was great day!

I'm back!

Well actually I haven't been anywhere but Mommy has.  She has been to New York, Louisville and Lexington all in the span of 2 weeks!  I have been spending time with Mimi and Poppy!  

This week I went to meet one of the kindergarten teachers at my new school.  I am officially enrolled in kindergarten!!  I think they were doing some sort of assessment but it was like a little fun for me.

 The teacher told Mommy I did really good!  Must have been that Cracker Barrel breakfast we had before we went.  Mommy and I went to breakfast and played checkers then off to register me.

 I have a big week this week too.  We have dance pictures and preschool graduation all on the same night.  Wonder if anyone will notice my fancy hair and make up at graduation....hum...  Oh and yes Mommy stayed up late the night before kindergarten registration to make me this new dress!  Have to make a good impression ya know :)
